      JBs Consumers Choice Pest Control asked me to sign a contract, but before I did I asked the person to guarantee me that they would show up on days scheduled & notify me with a text so if I wasnt in the area, I could have someone unlock my gate so they could spray in the back yard. Contract signed on a November 17th. They sprayed & said they were giving me a deal bc I signed their contract for only $40 and I was told it was just like the regular $115 they would do each 3 months. Less than one month later they scheduled a spray for December 29 & showed up on the 23rd to spray. I was out of town & had to drive back to open the gate for the person who was the sprayer. If the first spray was equal to a regular spray which they said was 3 months, then why were they showing up a little over one month later? I spoke with a lawyer & asked what my recourse was and after listening to my complaint was told that the company had breached their contract not once but twice & I could terminate the agreement. I called the pest control & told them they were terminated & thought that was it. Im now getting a bill from them for $115 for terminating them after they breached their own contract. I want their practices to be public knowledge. This company operates on a we are right & the consumer is wrong philosophy and do not honor their contracts.
