    On April 13, I ordered a sun shade for my ***. There was no indication that it was not in stock, the website worked perfectly and took my order and my credit card was charged. I received an acknowledgement that my order had been received. Because the order was placed on a Sunday, I waited until Tuesday of that week to check with them via phone and email. I received a return email on Wednesday, April 16, stating that my order had shipped and a *** tracking number was provided. I contacted them again on April 18 and April 22 after checking with *** I learned that they have yet to receive the item. It does NOT take almost a week for *** to pick up an order. In addition, they will not return my phone or email inquiries about the actual status of my order.

    On 9/22/2024, I purchased a car cover at the internet for $185.00 from the company "Armstrong Distributors". The website is **************************. The website is functional and has a shopping cart. It is set up to require one to enter credit card information and the amount. The credit card is charged immediately. The merchandise is however not processed/delivered to a customer. When one calls to track the message, there's a voice mail only, but no live assistance. The chat is there but not responsive. When one sends an e-mail as directed, there's no reply - on the order status. As of today (10/1/2024), no one had gotten back to me about the status of the order. I feel that I have been defrauded. I am requesting that this company be investigated and their business website be withheld. For further questions, email me or call me at ************. Thank you.
