    Transaction: 1.7.24 $113.05 Called to ask about this charge that I did not recognize. Immediately the person who answered the phone was rude and defensive, would not let me talk or explain the issue at hand. He raised his voice and verbally attacked me, calling me a F*&*ing A**** I asked calmly for his name and he threatened me this time. He then hung up on me. I then drove to the location and asked at the front desk whom answers the phone here. The front desk said no one here. She directed me across the street to another Gas Station (apparently they are owned by same person). They said it wasn't them so I went back to the location at ******************************* Tustin, ** *****. This time I walked into the Service Area and found the one who threatened me and called me names, the employee who was so incredibly rude on the phone. Again, rude and non approachable. The owner (*******) was there and he stated he overheard the phone conversation and said they did nothing wrong? He began to raise his voice at me as well. I simply needed some help with a transaction and they treated me so incredibly poorly. We (Small Business here in Tustin, CA) have been customers at these stations for over 30 years...I am not sure if this is an isolated incident but our business is now going elsewhere. Unbelievable how I was treated today. I just wanted to get some information on a transaction that I did not recognize. The owner stated he will have someone get back to me, didn't seem very eager to assist. We will see...Transaction Date 1.07.24 Posted 1.08.24 $113.05 Card ending in #****
