    11/22/2024 I have paid no money towards the staggering cost of the repairs from this mechanic shop. I was quoted a rough 750 over the phone, theres been no documentation signed by me or any papers saying I agree. I was sent the invoice (*****) and I couldnt believe it, I didnt even think that ***** correlated to me so I sent a text and was appreciative of the services. Day later or so I then and there realized that the price for me to pay was through the roof, the price I over looked in the invoice was actually towards my repairs! I was shocked it wouldnt be realistic hence the cars worth is *****, I then tried to work some type of payment install via text and I was never contacted back in regards. I am currently having my car held hostage and over the phone told it will be placed on ****. I feel very wrong and this is not professional nor proper business practices and I would not wish my experience on anyone. The cost of repairs was ***** when the car is worth the same as the repairs, I was told it would be 750, thats much different and he is telling me I said he could do whatever thus he could charge whatever, if possible Id love to have someone mediate and help with my case.
