First they told me something different. Car is in shop I filled a claim they sent some one out to inspect the car the car need a motor. *** claimed denied, incorrect mileage they say at the time of purchase customer stated mileage was a ****** miles on 11/02/21 but the carfax show I had a ****** on the date of 10/19/21. So I explained to them that I the time when applying I was ask how many miles were on the vehicle I told them I dont know I wasnt in the vehicle at the time so I was ask about how many I think was on there and I said ABOUT ****** miles I was never asked to send in a picture of my mileage. When I called about my denial I was asked did they tell me to send in a picture I told the lady no ,asked are dont yall record all the calls and she answer yes so listen to recording and you should here the entire process of the application and I also informed them if it was the case why did yall fix my car before, and continue to take my payment for a year claimant they made a mistake, OKAY on top of all that I was insured that they were going to fix my car they rewrote my policy to something called Wayfair I think might be mistaking on the name but I sent in vin mileage and everything all yeah all my maintenance records to so on 11/22 she said they were sending inspectors bac out cause of how much it cost to fix called bac to check on process and now something different I aint had a oil change supposedly I looked on carfax and saw what they were talking about and thats just what it looked like but they dont show everything like jiffys lube so I sent in all my records including ***** lube talked to them on 12/12 say he was going to go to bats for and he will be calling me bac 12/14 and today is 12/15 just called hes not in but left a note he will b calling me 12/16 1 ??
