    This company needs to be stopped Immediately. They are fraudulent and will not only corrupt your entire credit history, but they will continue to charge you monthly fees and leave you in financial distress for as long as they can. In the end of 2022 I was told by a representative that I would owe a certain amount to them in fees. I was told that by the end of October/November 2023 I would be completed with the program and would no longer owe them anything. After a follow up call recently, I am suddenly being told that I owe a whole new amount of fees in which would take up to another 24 months to pay off. Thats another 2 years!!! Ive been with this program for over 4 years now and it seems like they are continuing to charge me fees without informing me. There are no written statements or guidelines that they send you so you are left in the dust half the time. Everything is communicated over the phone and its impossible to speak to anyone higher up. I am overwhelmed and overburdened by this company and they have destroyed my credit history and now they have officially destroyed my financial life. I dont know what else to do because they fail to provide me with accurate information and the answers I need. Every time I call, I hear something completely different. It seems as if I will be paying them money in fees for the rest of my life. This company is a scam and it needs to be addressed and stopped Immediately.
