    Monday, Oct 23 at approximately 9:22pm I asked a cashier by the name of ***** ( that's the name management gave me) if she could help me with my return, she wanted to see my receipt which I had on my email, I pulled out the receipt so she could inspect it but she wanted to grab my phone and got mad because I did not allow her to touch my personal phone she then grabbed my items and threw them at me, I was in disbelief so I asked her if she really just did that and she reply " YES! and I'll throw them at your face!" A young cashier next to her (*******) asked her to please walk away because what she did was wrong and she kept yelling at me. Two managers were behind the register one of them name ***** and I don't know the other managers name but I seen this lady before. I'm a regular at this store because I like the clothing selection and come here very often. They use to have good customer service and we're always nice but lately all that is gone. They always give me a hard time when I want to do a return and when I shop here they ask me to log in and out of my tjmax app and to show them identification. I have no clue why if I'm paying with my digital GIFT CARD. But I could deal with that but tonight was out of line and embarrassing. I have never been treated this way. I couldn't believe no manager stepped in to make the situation a little better only the young lady next to her (*******) I'm sure Marshalls does not want an employee with this kind of temper. I ask that I get my full refund and explanation of how did management allow this to happen Infront of their eyes and didn't do anything to accommodate me or help me out.Thank you!

    BOUGHT A BICYCLE @ THE CORONA LOCATION, lost the receipt, and bought it for my son, who went to volunteer for the war in ******* it was bought and has not been used and he misplaced the receipt.We went to the store and nobody seemed to be helpful. The only thing I want is a return for store credit. The bike was ******.
