      I purchased a subscription box from Gainzbox on 12/9 for $125 as a Christmas present. After a couple of weeks with no updates I asked for an update and received a generic message that the shipments were late and a few days later another generic message from the CEO that they were being sent that week. Im not able to reach anyone there for an update or to cancel this recurring subscription and just noticed that they updated their terms of service to include verbiage that they can continue charging. This is a complete scam and there are many other customers on social media in the same situation. *** requested a refund and cancellation of the subscription but havent received a response. They are also advertising that a portion of the purchase is being donated to a non-profit compete for a cure.

      I placed orders for the August and September Monthly Gainz boxes and have still never received them. They occasionally responded to my email inquiries and said that there was a delay and the boxes would be shipped out the following week. I have never received these boxes. It seemed that they changed their story every time (they will ship out next week, they will ship out on Saturday and it will have extra items and a significant discount on the quarterly boxes, etc.)I was charged for the August monthly box on July 1 and I have still not received this box (it is currently the middle of November).I was charged for the September monthly box on September 1 and I have also still not received this box.When they did answer my emails, they would say "don't hesitate to reach out to us". Yet every time I've reached out since the beginning of September, they never answer. This company is taking customers money and providing nothing in return. I mean, actually nothing - not even an empty box. This is straight up fraud.

      I ordered a subscription to Gainz Box this year, and was not informed that the delay in shipment after payment had been taken. I reached out to Gainz to let them know I was concerned about not receiving the product weeks after I paid for it, no update no communication. One of the executives noted that they apologized it wasn't communicated the large delay in shipping after payment. They offered an additional FREE gainz box, but that never shipped and I never received it. I then paid again, the last quarterly payment of $99 and received my gainz box a month later only to be dirty and scuffed up, and having product not specific to my gender which they asked for in profiling the product box. I asked for that to be fixed, no response. I asked for how to cancel my membership if I can't get any response or communication. This whole deal is shady and I feel like the organization takes people's money, and not consistently or clearly fullfilling the subscription. I want this fixed immediately or all my money spent with this organization returned. LiftBox is used by my fiancee and she always get consistent product. I should have stuck with hers. Really really disappointing experience.
