    I had a tech come out 3 times to resolve an issue where my furnace doesn't heat my house. Each time the issue returned, same issue every time. The Tech (****) replaced several different parts, on suspicion without knowing if it actually resolves the issue. The heater works for several days, then stops working again. Now they want to replace the control board, which **** told me was replaced the last time, but the new Tech (****) said it wasn't replaced. Why was I lied to by ****, he said that he replaced the control board, and nearly everything else as well, the last visit, without knowing if it is the actual problem. The parts are covered under warranty but not the labor. It is a Lennox furnace not installed by this vendor. The furnace is only 5 years old. They are replacing parts one by one, without knowing where the issue is coming from, charging me for labor every time. I want them to resolve the issue without charging me any labor, since I've paid them $1,282.69 already and it's still not fixed.
