    I ordered an item from their online store that was not included in the package. Over the last two weeks I have emailed twice and called asking for my undelivered item or a refund, and cannot get a response.

    So, I ordered coals from Hookah Johns and for whatever reason maybe my own fault the coals were ordered as pickup. I live in ************* so I cant pick up anything. I contacted them and they said that they could ship the coals to me. I asked how I would pay for shipping, and they did not get back to me at all. Nearly a month went by and still no word or shipment. I contacted them again through email and they did not respond. I emailed once or twice more and still no response. I got online and initiate a chat session and I was sitting there forever and no response. I left the info about the situation, and they emailed me back apologizing saying things get confusing when the order is for pickup but then needs to be changed to shipping. Then a day later they canceled my order for no reason. Leaving me a month waiting and no items to show for it! Hookah Johns customer service is absolutely atrocious and really needs a revamping. I am done ordering anything form Hookah Johns. If this is how they treat their customers when making a basic order what would they do if something was broken on arrival or never arrived!

    This person is charging people then emailing customers that products will not be shipped unless the customer sends a photo of their licenses and credit card. That is illegal and should be reviewed

    I order $157 of merchandise (6 units of shisha, aka flavored tobacco, and a hookah hose and mouthpiece). *** has lost the package. I never received it. *** says HookahJohn has to be the one to file the claim or it will be denied. I have reached out to HookahJohn via email and through the website multiple regarding this issue, and have yet to have any resolve. I would like a replacement or my money back, and they wont get back to me.
