    To whom it may concern,I am writing to formally request a refund for the service of the "Fly to ***** COVID-19 PCR Test" provided by EqualTox Laboratory DBA AllWeMater (hereinafter referred to as AllWeMater).As of 12/13/2022 at 4:21 AM, AllWeMater's website (*************************************) contains clear language saying "Results are typically available on the same day in the afternoon or at night, less than 24 hours guaranteed." However, my report was sent delayed and AllWeMater violated their guarantee.     Thanks for your message. We investigated this case, and we feel very sorry that we could not deliver your test results with 24 hours. Although rarely this has happened, please understand that the nature of covid PRC testing that there are many factors that *** cause unexpected delays, it can happen in any CLIA lab.

    Upon discussion within our team, we are sorry that we could not provide refund to you. Since this is for travel clearance testing for your flight on 12/13/2022, we believe this negative testing report on 12/12/2022 4:15 PM served its purpose for your 12/13 departure to *****. In addition, there is no language on our website or anywhere for a guaranteed refund policy you mentioned, no lab in ********** will do that. Following your complaint, however, we have corrected our website to be more accurate for future customers: Results are typically available on the same day in the afternoon or at night, within less than 24 hours. We really appreciate your feedback.
