    Since last year, ******* was paid $3,870 to perform legal services to change the last name of my wife and two sons. The fee includes both court filing fees and newspaper publication costs. Year to date, after repeated appeals to complete the service and show proof of court filing, ******* has provided none. I have provided extended time to complete the service but was met with constant delays most as a result of ******** mistakes. I have finally submitted a formal letter for full refund and ******* was negotiating on the amount. She finally contacted and informed that she has no money and has moved out of state. She also advised us to get our refund back through our credit card since we have paid her with our credit card.
