    They hire unlicensed "security guards" They did not require to have a guard card, do not background check, nor drug test. They do not train their security guards whatsoever. I hired them under the table. Does not deduct nor ensures they nor he pays the taxes on that income. Does not pay them on time, in fact, go months at a time without paying them, then does jjjnot even pay them the proper amount. They charge their clients more per hour than what they pay their fake security guards(as the owner himself calls them) by double the hourly amount. He also invoices clients for more security guards than what is on the premises or working a certain duty/job/task. This company is the furthest legally and morally correct a company can get! Do NOT hire or work for *** and *****************************! It could very well be and chances are, would be, One of the biggest mistakes of your company's franchise or your life as an employee.
