They take advantage of its workers, and tend to bend the rules all in order to please HOAs and property managers. Whatever to keep the manager/president of the company happy so he may continue his privileged lifestyle. They re hire guards that clearly have known history of damaging property or vehicles. Will the manger refuses to regularly keep track of failed equipment or vehicles. On a night of patrol one vehicle was even reported to be leaking carbon emissions inside almost costing me my life. It wasnt until someone else had reported that he then decided to do something about it. I should have know this was a company only looking out for it profits and gains after a guard had lost their life on the field and he barley acknowledged it. People die, it happens if its your time its your time isnt that right will?.He has stated on multiple occasions on how we must hide citations from vehicles in order to two them to keep our H.O.As happy, and how he refuses to let this fail since his lively hood is at stake never mind you the lives of those on the field doing his work. Hes stated how easy it would be for him to make anyone quit if they werent willing to do the job he requires from them and how easily replaceable we are.Days would be added onto schedules without warning or a quick pep talk and he would regularly use the excuse on you owe me this since I help you so much. The company is currently struggling ATM, instead of being a good leader and boss and re evaluating on how to improve within and moral he forces people to be overworked many employees are currently working 6 to 7 days a week with almost no time off, these are 10/11 hour shifts mind you.Overall consider re thinking when applying or even allowing your community to hire them along as security.
