    It is with great pleasure that I share some feedback regarding Peak Power's team members. Everyone involved with our solar project did a fantastic job. The planning, installation, loan process, and final walk-through exceeded my expectations.The installation of the devices was installed in a professional manner that maintained the aesthetics of our home. Everything was level and straight. *** helped with the Wi-Fi configuration and operating instructions. ***** assisted with coordinating our appointments and setting up our loan. ************, and the Project Manager did a fantastic job with the installation. Some of our breakers were able to be relocated for backup in case of a power outage. High marks to the entire team!One particular stand-out team member is *************************. Words cannot describe how incredible he is. He clearly has a passion for configuring solar, and I especially liked his honest by-the-numbers sales approach. After researching several companies, I am very pleased with the decision to select Peak Power as our solar vendor.Thanks to **** and the other team members at Peak Power for turning our construction project into a very satisfying experience!

    We used Peak Power on our home solar installation late last year. They were ****************** and got the system up and running quickly. They also took input for running the conduit and placement of the boxes to ensure the best aesthetic was achieved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home solar.

    I decided to go with Peak Power after interviewing a few other solar installers. Paid close attention and asked questions inorder to make a somewhat informed decision. It doesn't matter I am cursed. If there is something going to fail I am the one who gets the broken junk. Because here I am with a defective system and no replacement part in sight. Thats correct none in sight but actually peak power has done their part to resolve this issue. WE placed the order. Thats it no time frame. I even inquired about the event anything fail will there be replacement parts available he said yes they are in house. This is not right, I have never been treated like this. I am sure the issue will be fixed eventhally but the grief thus far has taken its toll. I called the salesman when the system reported failure. He was quick to let me know he has nothing to do with that part of the business and call the installer. Like it had only been a little over a month since I had it installed and nobody want to hear your system isn't working. Not one follow up call after the issue was reported to inform me when I could expect it to be repaired and still no IDEA. THANKS A LOT
