    I ordered an item on 5/27/24 and received an order confirmation email with an expected delivery date of 6/2/24.On 6/16/24, I reached out to their customer service to inquire about the status of my order and to cancel if it had not yet shipped as it was more than 2 weeks behind schedule and I had not yet received any shipping information. I was told "We clearly stated this order is pre order and due until Oct 2024" (yes, the quote is correct, just poor grammatical use by the seller). I provided my order confirmation email showing a 6/2/24 expected delivery date, but the seller did not acknowledge their mistake. They instead issued a partial refund and charged a 10% restocking fee.I would have never ordered a product with a pre order of October 2024 as a June 2024 gift for someone. If there had been unexpected delays in production between my ordering and the delivery, I would have completely understood, but I believe it's reasonable to believe a seller is already in possession of an item on 5/27 if they are expected to have it delivered by 6/2.The seller instead insisted it was an October ************************************************************************************************************************************ their listing.A customer shouldn't have to pay to restock an item that won't even arrive for 4 months to the seller that was not listed correctly by the seller in the first place.I would like to be refunded the additional $6.27 as this was a mistake by the seller to list this expected delivery date when they had no intention of ever delivering until October 2024.
