      To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Total Fitness 29 regarding the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of one of their employees, ***.?Incident Details:?On February 6 2025, between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM, my fianc, who is a paying member of Total Fitness 29, was approached by ***, an employee of the gym. Despite knowing she is engaged, *** asked her out. When she clearly responded that she is engaged, *** persisted and continued trying to impress her by talking about his personal business matters. This behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional for a workplace, especially from an employee interacting with gym members in this way.Steps Taken:?I have already reported this issue to the gym's management and expect them to take immediate and appropriate action against this employee. If the harassment continues, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action, including filing a restraining order to ensure my fianc's safety.?Desired Resolution:* I request a formal investigation into this employees behavior.* I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken to prevent further incidents.* I want confirmation of the steps the gym will take to ensure all members feel safe and respected.?I am seeking the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Total Fitness 29 upholds professional and ethical standards. Please let me know how this complaint will be handled.
