      On February 28th 2024, I received an administrative citation from the City of ********* for an unpaid garbage service dating back to October 2022 for the amount of $191. $141 is the unpaid garbage amount, $50 is the fine from the city of **********The address of where the garbage service is at burned down in the 2017 Sulphur Fire. During that time, my mother owned the property and all the bills of that property were going to another address. The property has since been rebuilt.Fast forward to 2022, we finally we able to move into the house and I began changing the billing address information to the property address, ***********************************************************************. For the last two years (2024-2022) I have tried to get this company C&S waste to update their information to mine, billing address to the property address, etc. but have not been successful up until 3/7/2024. During that time, I have made numerous calls, emails, etc. to work with them as a company and stay current on the bills. Apparently they kept sending the bills to a wrong address, wrong email, wrong phone number and I as the now homeowner has no idea. They were still collecting the garbage and also failed to even put a note on my property that a past due bill existed. In April of 2023, someone was sent to pick up my garbage cans and replace with a smaller one. That is when I called and found out I had a past due bill from 6 months ago which was turned over to the City of ********* for collection. They bill once every 3 months.Now C&S waste and the City of Clearlake have been less than helpful with resolving this discrepancy as I can see from my bill payments that I also paid this citation amount. C&S waste does not return calls, emails, they are rude and if a past due bill becomes 1 day after 6 months delinquent, it's sent to the City of ********* for collection and there is nothing the homeowner can do aside from paying the fine. They are also now billing for future months when then never did.

      C&S did not pick up my recycle can. I called them and they said I had a balance due so they didn't pick it up. I said that's impossible I'm on auto pay. She said We changed over companies so you have a new account number and old auto pay won't work. She said we sent out notices "BUT A LOT OF PEOPLE SAID THEY DIDN'T GET THEM" (me included) So I said give me my new account # and I'll set it up, meanwhile come pick up my can. She refused. I explained this problem was on THEIR END NOT MINE! She still refused. I would like a credit for this month since they wouldn't take it. Account # ************ Pick up day ; Monday Dec. 4th 2023
