      On May 18, 2024, we purchased a replacement screen from this business for our iphone. We paid $243 in cash for the "extra quality" screen (OLED v. LCD). A month later, the screen turned black. We believe that the business gave us a less quality screen (an LCD one) but charged us for the extra quality one (OLED). When confronting the business today in person, we asked for a copy of the receipt showing the type of screen it replaced back in May 2024. Business owner, through his employee/son, first claimed that they never repaired our screen, then claimed that bc of the crack on the screen - the screen turned black - which is not true, and (3) asked me to leave the store when requested the first and last name of the business owner "***" who I was talking to today by phone at ************** on or around 11:46 am, because I was "transpassing". Please help us obtain a copy of the receipt from this dishonest business showing that they provided us with the "extra quality" (OLED) screen on May 18, 2024. P.S. On the day of the repair the employee told us that business accepts credit cards but when picking up the phone he said they only accept cash. We then had to go to an *** machine to get the cash. See the attached screenshot of the *** withdrawal that day for $243, including fees. We don't recall the business giving us a receipt that day. Business has recording cameras inside the store and can easily verify this transaction (that we gave them cash that day).
