    Intellifreight contacted me a week ago to schedule the delivery of a package. I was told the driver of the shipment would call me a half an hour before he or she was supposed to be at my house. I never received a call from anyone to meet me so that I could receive the package. I actually never heard from anyone again about the shipment. I've reached out to the company and left voicemails (which all go to the owner of the company's voicemail and have not been returned. I've sent emails to the company's customer service account (no response), I've filled out the contact us section of their website multiple times (no answer or reply). I simply want to be able to talk to someone regarding a shipment that I paid for in full on November 8th and have yet to receive or hear any further information about. It is now December 5th so coming up on a month ago that I purchased and paid for this product and any shipping that was required.
