    I purchased the ink, and the yellow cartridge dumped completely when i put it in the printer (faulty) cartridge. When it's empty; the printer will say it doesn't recognize the cartridge, which renders the printer inoperable again. The printer companies do that to get residual ink sales. I filled out a trouble ticket at "comp and save" and waited the 2 days with no reply. it's now been 2 months. I got someone on chat, and it seemed like it was going to be resolved; but the link they gave me, to fill out the *** form, id dead (see *** screen shot) i went to the website, to get the form, and the page there, is a dead link (same as email link). So now, I can't send them the ink, and they have me on a 30-day timer, from the time I tried to get refunded! I spent over $40.00 for ink, for my 2 printers, to get free shipping, so I just want a refund for the ink for my Epson Artisan 730 printer; $30.32. Thank you!

    Hi Mr. ******************* of all, I would like to apologize for the negative experience that you had with your recent purchase. You reported that the yellow cartridge leaked in your printer and your printer did not recognize it so you wanted refund for the cartridges you purchased for your Epson Artisan 730 printer.

    We did not know you were having trouble with the *** link sent to you as there were *** request that went through from other customers who requested return. We appreciate your time and patience in completing the *** process. As per return tracking ***** **********************), the package was delivered to our warehouse on September 16, 2024 and the refund was processed on the 17th back to the original mode of payment (AmazonPay). Please be informed that the amount $30.32 which you requested for refund, is the actual price of the 8-Pack of Remanufactured Epson T098 Ink Cartridges. The amount you paid for the said items was $27.77 (with tax) since you have applied a 15% discount code on the order. We have refunded $27.77 back to your AmazonPay. You may refer to the attached files for the complete details.

    I ordered ink cartridges for my Brother printer. The cartridges arrived with little to no ink inside of them.

    Hello April,

    First of all, I would like to apologize for the negative experience that you had with your recent purchase. You reported that the cartridges have little to no ink in them and requested for a refund.

    Our record shows that you reached out to our customer support on Mar 18, 2024 regarding the problem you encountered with the cartridges. You were provided with some steps to do to resolve the problem. However, the problem was not resolved and you were advised to proceed with the return process for refund. You submitted the Return Merchandise Authorization request on Mar 18, 2024 and we emailed you the prepaid return label to ship back the cartridges at no cost. We received the return on April 1, 2024 and on the same day, the order was refunded in full. The credit was processed back to the card you used on the order.

    On Aug. 31, 2022, I purchased what I was led to believe were official HP 564 Ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart **** All in One Printer. When I tried to install the cartridges they leaked all over my hands, my desk and my printer. I could not get the ink off of my hands with rubbing alcohol, soap, paint thinner, or acetone. I emailed the company for advise and they responded with this, "You may use a glass cleaning to remove the ink effectively." Glass cleaner did nothing. I then attempted to print a legal document from my printer, but it came out with a large black streak down the side of each printed page. After 2 or 3 pages printed with the black streak, the printer stopped printing anything at all. It is now unusable. When I contacted CompAndSave about compensating me for the destroyed printer, they responded with this, "We totally understand what happened to your printer however we don't cover printers. We only process refund or store for our products only. We highly suggest you to contact your printer manufacturer and ask if they can help you with your printer." Ridiculous response. I want to be reimbursed for the printer (or have it repaired/replaced ) that was working perfectly before I installed CompAndSave ink cagtridges. I also want to warn other consumers about this sub-standard, destructive product that CompAndSave is advertising/selling as an "HP Ink Cartridge". The company has agreed to refund the amount of my purchase, but they will take no responsibility for the destruction of my printer. I will add that the company has been responsive to my emails, but with unsatisfactory results.

    This is our response with regards to the complaint we received from our customer, *********************, with ********************** Order ID **********. First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that has caused her.

    We understand that she encountered issues when installing the ink cartridges she purchased from us. About her request to replace/repair/refund her printer, we're sorry but our company's warranty does not cover items/products that are not sold by us. This is stated in our Terms and Conditions under Limitation of Liabilities:

    "CompAndSave.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if CompAndSave.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages."

    On the other hand, we already issued a prepaid return label for the customer and we hope to receive all the ink cartridges she purchased from us so we can issue her a full refund. Once received, we will process the refund in 2 to 5 working days.

    I am rejecting this response because: the company has offered no compensation for the destruction of our All-In-One printer.  Our HP photosmart **** printer worked perfectly ever since we bought it, until we installed this CompAndSave ink product. Now our printer is nothing more than trash.  CompAndSave advertised this product online as an "HP" ink cartrigde; this is false advertising, it should not be allowed and the company should be held responsible for ruining our machine.  Consumers BEWARE!
