    My bother and I paid Mr. ********************** $1200 in Aug 2022 to conduct our deceased mothers trust and will arrangements. My brother and I live more than 5 hours away. Mr. ********************** would not return any correspondence whatsoever and I had visit the office in person on Oct 10th to be told that he had not reviewed the case or taken any action other than one document that his secretary had filled with the county. I had services terminated the same day and requested a bill. Mr. **********************, nor his secretary could provide any billing information or any information about how much time was spent on the case. I was then told by Mr. ********************** that he had it "in his head" and we would see the billing and remainder of the retainer within a week or two. I expressed to both Mr. ********************** and his secretary that this was not a proper way to do business but he refused to address the issue further. I phoned the office on 31 Oct and spoke with Mr. ********************** who stated that he had "not gotten to it yet" and that it will be "this week or maybe next week."

    All I can say is that I always return my calls. I pride myself on that.  I did send my file to his new attorney who I found hard to get ahold of. I also sent ************** a letter detailing my time spent on this matter with a refund for time not used. I wish him and his family the best.  He is free to contact me if he feels this was not satisfactory.
