    I was having issues adding new users to a lock and called customer Service. **** was NOT helpful and insinuated that I was an idiot versus listening to the issue and trying to troubleshoot. Now my lock is useless. Don't bother purchasing from this company.

    I purchased an Ultraloc UL-1 a little over 2 years ago and initially loved the intended functionality, however just after the warranty expired, the bridge (cost me $50 to replace) and the lock failed. All the users were lost so nobody could use the lock. Wifi is weak...I've never been able to use wifi to unlock the lock. The Magic shake has never worked, I just put in all new batteries the other day and the app is telling me the batteries are dead...they all have 1.49 volts. I contacted the company and after many emails back and forth, Utec indicated they won't send a free replacement...spending over $350 and it fails after 2 years is expensive. They list a customer today. Be careful if you decide to purchase one. It was purchased during the covid lockdowns so I'm guessing quality issues popped up as a result of the lockdowns...never again...

    Horrible business. They use sketchy promotions to lure you to buy their products, making them best seller at Amazon, and five days later tell you that you won't receive the refund.If they do that with their promotions, imagine with their products.Avoid, go with other brands.
