    Dishonest business. This was my first time to this dental office for the purpose of a regular cleaning, which I am provided 2x a year by my insurance. I was denied the regular cleaning based on the recommendation of me requiring a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning required an out of pocket expense and charged to the insurance company at a higher rate than a regular cleaning. This business didnt have the time to provide me a regular cleaning, because it was not worth their time to do so. I posed the question to the manager, if a customer could not afford to pay for the deep cleaning, what would they do? Her reply was, Sorry. After contacting my insurance company, they assured me the dental office was wrong in denying me my regular cleaning and that its a ploy to make more money.
