    I took my 2 and 4 year old tonight for dinner and was given the incorrect order. I noticed at home and drove back and went through the drive through. Upon getting to the window they asked for the order back and I explained legally they cannot do anything with the food but that my kids were eating some of it. A girl with a red and brown ponytail stated she would not get me the correct order or refund me. She got the manager who then told me she was calling the cops on me. I showed her I had a cheeseburger in the bag which was not what I ordered and told her my kids were eating and I would not return the order. She continued to call the cops and I stated that until I received my correct order or a refund I was not leaving. I find it troubling that McDonald's got my order wrong and then resulted to calling the cops on me, especially as a woman of color. I am an attorney and spend well over 150 dollars a month there to be disrespected by your manager. Further, she then told me I would never be served again. I only go there for my kids and her behavior was absolutely horrific. The fact that McDonald's allows a manager to be disrespectful to customers when ********************** was in the wrong is terrible. Lastly, she took my receipt and did not return it, so I could supply the correct information. This better be rectified immediately or I'm happy never to patronize McDonald's due to your staff's nasty behavior.
