      I have not been able to reach Sapphire Softech Solution at any of the contact information provided. I signed up for a one-year subscription on 05/04/2022. At that time I needed help setting up my new HP printer. This company was on the HP recommended list for help. When I contacted the, they were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I was quite pleased with their help. Then I was told that I could sign-up for one year of their remote customer service for a one-time fee of $249.99 which I paid for 24/7 online help. Since then I have had to enlist their service several times with no complaints. But on July 30th when I needed their help I have not been to reach them at any of the contact numbers. The email address or the phone number doesn't work. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I feel I have been taken advantage of.
