    I was contacted by this organization claiming there was pending legal action against me for an old credit card debt and I did not respond to their letter that I never got. They claimed I owed $5623 and that if I didn't pay it now, they were going to be serving me in a couple days and taking me to court and it would go against my husband also because we are married and against my home. I panicked and paid them. I spoke to them many times that day to get information about the debt after I paid it and each time ******* ****** was hostile with me, threatening to cancel the payment because I think he felt I was being difficult because I was aking for information. I asked for the credit card number in question and found out I had already paid that in 2023. I tried to explain this to him and he said I was scammed and no one would accept $300 for a $5k balanc, but it wasn't that much in 2023, only $2300. So they were charging me a ***** rate to get to $5k. He asked for the phone number of the company I paid and said it was disconnected. After I finally hung up I called the same number and got through to them and confirmed payment was received and debt was closed and reported to credit agencies. I disputed the charge. They did not respond to the credit card company in the 30 days they had and was refunded entirely. On the 31st day, they are calling again threatening to take me to court and serve me at work and it will affect my home. I contacted the police originally and *** and *** complaint about them and they do not have a MD ***** License for Maryland to collect a debt. I want them to stop calling me and harassing me. I paid the old debt off in August of 2023. If they don't stop, I will sue for harassment.

    This company are is a scam they are debt collection agency and they charge ppl for old debts that been charged off years ago they threatened them to pay you money thousands and the account or old accounts ppl are being scam for there money they call and harass them that there going to court in different countries and citys need to be investigated

    MPM Processing Solutions is affiliated with EMP ************ and they have been wrongfully contacting me with harassing phone calls demanding payment for a business that does not exist. I do not owe any debts to this company they claim they purchased a debt for. Also, they are concealing their identity and real address which diminishes their credibility. They are threatening to *** me with wage garnishment. Somehow, they got hold of my personal information and have been harassing me for money that I do not owe. Also, they are trying to get me to agree to pay over the phone and they keep calling me after I block them from my phone. They are asking me to pay them $6,845.
