I had a package sent to the ****************, and when the package got there, it was damaged and beat up. When I contacted the sender they just came up with excuses and they blamed me. They lied to me about a complaint being filed and when I called the other *** corporate stores, they let me know that the complaint wasnt submitted, and then, when I called them back to confront them, they had nothing more to say, but denial on my complaint .

*************************** came to T***S to ship out his pkg on Dec 28th.  When he told the associate he wanted to put a declared value on it for $1000.00 the associate told him it would only be covered for lost or stolen.   If he wanted it covered for damages we would have to pack it under the "Pack & *********************** which he refused because he did not want to pay for Box & packaging service. (video proof) ****** called us stating he was unable to file his claim online so we told him we would do it.   We had nothing to do with ******* package getting damaged  we are   "THE UPS STORE"  not "***"  *** if the carrier of the package.  *** denied his claim for insufficient packaging. We had absolutely nothing to do with the damage of his package.
