    07/07/21 had a medical evaluation by a doctor whom was at the practice paid my dues before the session was over Two years later doctor nowhere to be found then later found doctors new practice in *********** she stated that this location was fraud in taking peoples money and Ive already paid them various amounts of times through my *************** plan. And mostly in cash they continue to charge me even though this doctor is no longer here would just like a refund of my cash amount paid to them $750 settlement for business malpractice and an end to their harassing letters of taxation without formal representation. If this dispute gets worst will have to hire an attorney for improper business transaction when account is inactive since 2022 we are in *********************************************************************************************************************************************** for two years and my court case has already settled. They should NOT have the right to charge these Miscellaneous fees just because youve used their practice with your medical insurance also. Nobodies information is safe at this business and they are not BBB accreditation.
