      Im writing this dispute because I'm not happy with the service Buddies flooring provided. My carpet was very poorly installed. Very noticeable seams, not stretched, the carpet was very loose, and the seams not glued properly. I reached out to Buddies Flooring and asked them to correct the issue. Second time around the installer told me it was a defect in the carpet. So buddies put a claim on the manufacturer and they send a new carpet again, only this time around the installer did not lay out the carpet according to plan, and was short a big piece. What the installer did is use a piece from old carpet to make up for the short piece. That caused my carpet to look two different color tones. It was very noticeable. Buddies then order more carpet to replace the part of the carpet, with the same tone i had. When the installer arrived to replace that part, he began his prep work cutting up the carpet, prepping for the seam, when he noticed the new carpet he brought was defected with a big hole. So now he had to do seam after seam, not even inches apart, just to put back my carpet, and promised he will return when he gets a piece that is not defected. I reached out to Buddies, and have not fixed the issue. Time is going by and nothing has been done. Im left with a carpet full of seams and poorly installed. Its not what i was promised. I payed good money, and its not fair that I was left not satisfied. I had to move my furniture 5 times from my room, and miss work to be available for the installer. It was a huge inconvenience.
