    Ordered a mirror part back in April. Paid for it because they told us that it would ship in 7-10 days. Emailed and called repeatedly to see where part is. Finally received email back in Mid July that mirror was shipped and returned to them. Could not give me a tracking number to actually verify that. I have numerous package delivered to address. Was told it would be re-shipped. Not answering calls or emails again. Still no tracking number and still no product. Have repeatedly again emailed and called to get my money refunded. Once again no response. This place takes your money and consumer never receives product.

    web site communication via web site seeking salvage rv part. reply from business states has desired part, needed dimensions. dimensions and specifications sent. dimensions and specs confirmed. waited for shipment. called for tracking number. wrong number given. call back for correction, no return call. wrong part arrived. tried to request return and correction, was quoted "no returns on used parts" sent email stating wrong part sent, not what was ordered and confirmed. reply states "that is the specs I texted" I email back I no text only email. left several phone messages for correspondence, never a return call. sent request to update on status of order if requested part is available, if not I requested complete refund as what was sent was NOT my mistake. still waiting for return call for resolution or shipping status update. Requested part and shipping update OR complete refund of funds sent in two transactions.

    I contacted superior for an rv part where they told me they had it in stock and would ship it in 7-10 days. I took more than a month and 7 emails before the item was shipped. When the item arrrived that was supposed to be a wiper linkage for a 2000 Fleetwood discovery rv. Not sure what I received but it is not even close to correct even though ******** asked me to send them a picture of the motor.even that is not correct. I have tried several time to have them correct this issue and they will not respond or answer my phone calls after I let them know I did not receive what I ordered. The part was ************************************************ money back and I will send them the incorrect part back

    Ordered parts from superior RV. Never received parts. I was sent a invoice, I paid them four hundred dollars. Never received anything and they will not answer phone or email me back, this is after numerous attempts to contact them. I was told they had to get parts from another yard, then I was told the items were shipped. This has been ongoing for two months now.

    We ordered a rv part for 1450.00. They sent us an invoice for the amount and we mailed a check. The check cleared and they said they had trouble getting the part from there other store. After several weeks, they said they mailed it and we should see it soon. Still nothing, they then said they shipped it to the wrong address and would send it out with a tracking number when they got it back. Since all the texts and emails they have stopped communicating.
