      Ordered item 12/8. Company never disclosed origin of shipping or ***. Item shipped from ***** to ****** to ***12/26 item still not received. No customer service number. Failure to disclose shipping process and estimated delivery date. Withheld pertinent information is misleading and had I known prior, I would never have bought from this company. I have also filed with ************ is also investigating.

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address Ms. ******** concern about not being able to receive her order. I understand how important this is and am here to help.

      After reviewing the information provided, we were unable to locate any order using the details she sent. To effectively assist Ms. ******** we kindly request additional information:

      1. Order ID for the $64.99 charge. The Order ID can be found at the bottom of the order confirmation email under the "Order Details" heading. The subject of the email is: "Order successful / access." Alternatively, Ms. ******* can locate her Order IDs using this link: *****************************************.

      2. If the Order ID is unavailable, we request the email address and full name used for the purchase. 

      We assure Ms. ******* that once we receive the requested information, we will immediately review her concerns and work toward a resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are requesting additional information.  Order number is 280659.  I had been pleading with this 'company' since December 9 to please have this to me before 12/25.  No estimated date of delivery and no information letting me know method of delivery and MORE IMPORTANTLY that it was coming from ******  This should have been clearly stated PRIOR to purchase.  ************ took the money and basically let the product get to me WHENEVER.  I am doing my absolute best to warn consumers not to purchase one single thing from them as they obviously do not care what happens after purchase, how products get there, when products get there and absolutely no information provided before purchase.  WHY WOULD ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM KNOWING THAT IT IS SHIPPING FROM ***** AND WILL TAKE AT LEAST ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE???? That's why they don't inform the customer, because no one would buy from them knowing this.

      We appreciate being able to address Ms. ******** additional concerns regarding her order. I am sorry if our first response was not able to satisfy her. 

      As we have mentioned, we were unable to locate her order ******. For her reference, our order ID is usually a combination of letters and numbers, e.g. 5K5WFNS4.

      The easiest way to find her Digistore24 order ID is in the order confirmation email. After every purchase, Digistore24 will send an order confirmation email to the email address our customers provided on the order form when they made the purchase.

      The order confirmation email has the following properties:
         * The sender is Digistore24 support <**************************************>
         * The subject is Digistore24 - Order successful / access

      Ms. ******* can also locate her Order ID using this link: *****************************************.

      If, in any case, she cannot find her Order ID, she can send us the email address and full name used on the order. At this time, we cannot find any order under her name, ****** *******.

      She can also send us a copy of her bank statement showing the successful payment made to **************** 

      Please understand that we need her full cooperation in order to assist her.       I am rejecting this response because: I have no such number except the order number from Digitronix Jersey Store.  I have confirmation that the order was received but the order number is ****** sent from ***** with a shipping address of ************************************** and a billing address of ************************************* under my name, ****** *******. I have no other information.

      Order #****** placed on Dec. 17. I immediately requested the order to be cancelled as it was made by mistake. I emailed them 10 times, which was the only way to contact them. There was no place to cancel an order or to reach them by phone. Their first response was wanting to change my order. I responded I needed to cancel it. The next three responses from them were excuses and reasons why they could not cancel my order. I also sent them messages through ******. I googled the address on their website and it is a hotel, not a place of business. Something seems sketchy. I want my order cancelled and a refund issued through ******. I gave them 10 opportunities starting immediately after the initial order. They should have cancelled it. Not sure that it is a legit company.

      I received an email that said it was from McAfee which we have for our security for our computer. It said they received our payment of, I believe it was $299 for our subscription. We knew we did not spend that much money so I googled ******'s 800 number on ******* I got a number ************, which said ******. I called and they got me to let them in my computer, cause I thought they were McAfee. She said with all that is wrong we have to clean up your computer before mcAfee will work. It will cost $349.00. I gave her my Discover and they were on computer for quite a while. I called McAfee the next day, an 866 number I hade in my files for them. So it was the correct number. I called to make sure we were not getting that $299 charge back after I talked with them last night. They said we never talked to you last night & know nothing about a Digitronix company. "I think you were scammed". I called Discover first to try to stop the payment. She said they are already paid, we cannot stop it. I called and canceled my Discover, changed all my banking info, etc. Discover will not reimburse me cause Digitronix proved I agreed to pay them. Discover said I can try to call Digitronix & see what I can do. I tried & got know where. They were impersonating ****** and they were not with ****** AT ALL. Please help.

      On July 28,2022, I received what I now know to be a scam email, purported to be from McAfee, a computer security company. The email stated that my subscription had expired. I had recently purchased a computer, and thought that I had been given a 30 day trial subscription. So I called the number in the email, and the person who took the call clearly represented himself as an employee of ******. He informed me (probably through leading questions that he asked me) that I had indeed had a trial subscription. He even put me on hold to check my account. He then offered me a subscription for I believe it was ****** for a year of protection. I told him that that was too expensive and I was not interested. He then asked me if I were a senior citizen. Unfortunately, I told him that I was. He then offered me a special senior citizen rate of ****** for a year of protection. He was very persuasive and gave me all kinds of scenarios that could happen to me if I was not protected by *******Unfortunately (again), I fell for this and agreed to sign up. I gave him my debit card number, and he told me he would send me the documents to sign.AGAIN unfortunately, when the documents arrived, I did not think it odd that the documents were from Digitronix, LLC. I suppose I thought this was some sort of outsourcing. I did sign the document.The next day, I received another email from the real McAfee, stating that my subscription was about to expire. I then googled McAfee and found a legit website. I called the customer service number, and when I got through to a representative, and explained what I had happened. He immediately told me to hang up the phone and call my bank and cancel my credit card. He told me that this was not the first time this scam with this company had happened.I took his advice and called and canceled my card. Then I immediately went to the ************ branch and got a new card, and was advised to file a dispute for the charge for ******. I did so.I
