      On April 6, 2025, I purchased regular grade fuel at the ARCO station located at ************************************************. I paid using a debit card and continued driving. Within a few minutes, my 2018 ****** RAV4 (with ****** miles) began slowing down unexpectedly while I was driving on the highway. The vehicle ultimately came to a stop and failed to restart, leaving me stranded.I had to wait several hours for a tow truck and was forced to be towed 60 miles back in the direction I came from. This caused significant inconvenience, ruined my travel plans, and resulted in unexpected expenses including towing and repair costs totaling over $900. The repair shop, AAA ******************* Northland (Phone: ************), confirmed that the issue was caused by contaminated fuel.I have made multiple attempts to contact ******************* customer relations department, fully answered all questions they requested, and provided documentation including the fuel receipt, towing receipt, and an itemized repair bill. Despite this, my follow-up emails have been ignored, and I have not received any reimbursement or further communication.This experience has not only caused a major disruption in my life, but it also left me with serious out-of-pocket costs. I am requesting full reimbursement for all related expenses, as well as additional compensation for the time, stress, and inconvenience this situation has caused.
