    Payment was provided for participation in Vacaville Girls Fastpitch (VVGFP) program. VVGFP maintains verbiage on their website indicating no refund(s) are provided. I paid fees in full but play was not permitted for my daughter at her skill level. Requested the $185 funds be re-allocated to my daughters VVGFP enrolled siblings. vVGFP advised they have no policy regarding re-allocation and therefore would keep the funds I paid, due to a lack of policy, without reallocating them to fees for my other daughters. Complaint based upon fraudulent use of consumer funds/consumer funds withheld due to a lack of professional business practices.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We are a Recreation youth softball league. Players register in their age appropriate division. In order to play up in an older division, we require players tryout. If they don't make tryouts, they are required to play in their age appropriate division. This parent emailed us on 1/17/23, requesting her daughter play up, we clearly responded with our policy giving her the tryout **************. The player did not make tryouts, therefore we placed her in her age appropriate division. The parent was upset and requested a refund for her daughter on 2/4/23. Our refund policy is clearly marked on our website and on registration receipt, stating no refunds after 1/31/23. Our refund policy is in place because we have to pay insurance, field fees per player, field and equipment supplies for the season and uniforms. Her daughter is still registered and playing on a team in her age appropriate division. Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information. Thank you
