Shibari Wands has resellers selling their products on Amazon. Shibari does not sell directly. I started purchasing their wands a few years ago and since then the quality has gone downhill. Shibari has told me they have NOT changed the motor or anything else about the wand. So the only conclusion is that their resellers are selling used and/or counterfeit wands, which is illegal. It is against the law to resell a used vibrator! I will buy a wand and it will work properly and then the next wand I purchase is a "lemon." Shibari representatives gives me a lot of grief when I reach out to them about their fraudulent re-seller - most recently Let's Get It On. Shibari even told me that a wand I returned to them 2 years ago - that's how long this has been an issue - was ineligible for a refund because they tested it and it was fine in their estimation. So I took a video and showed them how a correctly working wand worked that I had in hand, in comparison to the one I returned - and then they refunded me. They're not a responsible company. Their customer service is terrible and even though I can send these back to their resellers through Amazon - which costs me $7.95 EACH & EVERY TIME TO DO - I'd rather receive an authentic, never used, new, legit wand when I purchase it. Thank you for your help.
