    On June 24, 2024 at 3pm I went In for a haircut and paid $37 tip included. The barber used a machine that was was dull and kept ripping out hair. It was clearly not sanitized properly as it gave me a skin infection that persisted for a week.

    Hello, 

    I've reviewed the complaint, and I can ensure that all the machines are sanitized properly as I have cameras in the breakroom where the machines are sanitized. Aftershave was sprayed on after his hair cut so not sure if that caused his skin to irritate, however I can not confirm what could've caused this skin rash that is shown in the picture. But I will call the customer tomorrow to refund him his money and discuss any questions he has.
