    Endodontist Dr. **** ******* performed root canal treatments on three of my teeth, but in all three cases, she failed to treat a canal, resulting in incomplete procedures. Each of these teeth now requires retreatment to address the missed canals. This has caused me significant pain, anxiety, stress, and sleepless nights due to ongoing discomfort. I am seeking a full refund of the fees paid for these treatments to compensate for the inadequate care provided.I am retreating all three teeth direct result of Dr. ********* negligence and substandard work.Resolution Requested To address these issues, I am requesting reimbursement for:The cost of all three root canal treatments + 1 retreatment. (approximately $5000)The cost of the permanent crowns for all three teeth (approximately $3,500).The cost of filling done on tooth #** retreatment + 3D imaging (approximately $500)
