    If any of you guys have seen this post on Instagram stay away from this website they offered me a sponsorship and told me I had to place an order to fall in a certain tier so I ordered a eight piece rock light kit well needless to say the representative called me about a week later telling me the kit would not work on my truck and that I had to buy a bigger one for double the money when I refused and asked for a refund, they refused to give it to me and told me all sales are final and I never received nothing from them. They have hundreds of complaints on the Better Business Bureau about their sponsorships and Im sure most of you have seen these post so stay away ?

    On February 29th I called customer service and explained to them that I wanted a custom light bar made for my Side-By-Side. We discussed and came up with the best option to fit my machine, which was a dual row light bar. 1st charge of $548.99. A couple hours later possibly the owner or fabricator called me back stating that because of the lighting placement, he would have to make a couple alterations so he could make it work for an additional charge of $165.97. And after a few text messages, he put it in production and after receiving it a couple weeks later and upon opening it, I noticed it was not the correct light bar. The one I received was a single row light bar. I also requested that it should have a single lens across the front instead of a divided sectioned lens cover. I called multiple times with no answer or call back. I then text him on the number we were corresponding back-and-forth with and told him it was the incorrect lightbar. His response was he would look into it and take care of the issue and call me the next day. I did not hear from him the next day and after multiple phone calls and multiple text , there was no more responses to my calls or text messages. I also wrote three emails to their customer service (3/20/24 - 5/22/24 - 5/29/24) and I have not received a response from them as of today.

    Ive been trying for the last three months to return a product even before it was shipped out I canceled and they still shipped it out and are charging me. I call every day twice and get sent straight to voicemail and when I do get a hold of someone I am left on a line for two or more hours And then hung up

    The customer service is terrible, the owner called me said if he could help me in anyway let him know so I did. I wanted my order canceled and my money refunded granted the restock fee , he stated someone would get back with me days go by and no response, they do not seem as if they will refund me for my order as well either. The product has not been installed just to add the note. I feel like if you are running a Business customers should be a top priority and responding to their concerns should be another great priority to which the dont have and I feel like Ive been stolen from along with no updates

    Company offers a lifetime warrantyI purchased custom built headlights from the company, now three years later, my headlights are peeling and melting, Ive been trying to contact them since march of this year and I finally received a response from them. They are now telling me I sued the wrong bulbs in the headlights and thats why they melted, however, the bulbs that are in them are the ones they put into them. They are also telling me Im fully responsible for the shipping charges to send them back in to receive warranty work. Which also means I wont be able to use my vehicle for who knows how long.

    My wife called and spoke with *** Lightbars about buying one to fit a particular bumper that she bought. They told us that they worked with ****************** to make sure their lights worked with that bumper. We received the light bar they suggested, and it is too large to fit the mounting area on the bumper. After a couple months of trying to get *** Ligh bars to send us a return label so we could return the light that doesn't fit, they never would. I contacted the bumper manufacture and spoke with them. They informed me that they DO NOT work directly with *** Lightbars. ****************** sent me a drawing of the bumper that we purchased, and it states on the drawing the opening size between the mounting plates. This size is smaller than what the lightbar from *** suggested and sent to us. I have tried to get *** to send me a return label to send their light back that WILL NOT physically fit the bumper, but they will not even acknowledge me now. This has been going on since January with no resolve, or even discussions anymore from ***. They have flat out lied to me several times and try and act like we made a mistake. We have all the dimensions from the bumper manufacturer and From the *** light bar, and it will never fit. *** has lied so many times to us and will not attempt to correct the situation. All i have ask for is them to send me a return label so i can send their light back and get my money back, but they are unwilling to work with me. I have told them that i was going to report them if they didn't work with me, and they will not even try to, so this is my last resort. I want other people to know that *** Lightbars will lie to you and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with! I just don't want any other people to have to go through all this headache like we have.
