    Date: 8/11/22 Amount: $696.35 They were to pack our Uhaul for our move. Every piece of furniture was damaged. Had to recycle the Fridge because it wouldn't close anymore and the parts were damaged from them taking it apart and not securing the parts in the Uhaul. I have not heard anything from the company after I had texted and left a voicemail.

    I hired this company to move ****************************** on May 28, 2022. Firstly they were extremely unprofessional and showed up *********** with barely any supplies. One of them also took a 20 minute restroom break in my apartment and left it uninhabitable. During the move they damaged my dining table glass top. This was discovered a few minutes after they left on May 28th. I had ***** come back on May 31st and he took measurements and said he would replace the damaged table top in a week. 6 weeks later the replacement has not yet arrived and ***** is being very elusive and non communicative when I ask for status updates. ***** is proving to be an unreliable and unprofessional person with terrible customer service. I would like him to do the right thing and replace the damaged table or compensate me for a replacement.
