  Dishonest and lack of transparency in business practices. Signed contract with Menards Moving and storage who in turn gave my business to Polaris Van Lines. Signed contract with total cost of $2184.63. Gave deposit of $848 dollars. Was not told that figure would increase during phone contact or when ******* arrived and said items listed would exceed the cubic square feet that was quoted on contract. It was the same number of items provided on contract. Did not arrive when promised via phone to pick up. Calls were not returned. Owner of ******* moving called said he was working with Polaris to make the move as per the contract. Later calle were not returned. Movers arrived a day later after agreement. Sent an intoxicated or under the influence male to move my furniture who appeared so hung over or high he could not function and slept the day away while his ******* worked alone for more than four hours until someone else arrived to assist. This man had **************, red eyes and had ****************** straight. He would lean on the furniture and hold for dear life as if he might fall. When asked if he was ok he slurred he was dying he was so tired and overworked. His forehead later said he was drinking, I saw him passed out in the truck cab with a beer can under his feet. He slept 90% of the time in the truck cab. I asked the ******* to turn AC on due to heat. I did not want this man to suffer a heat stroke in my driveway. Furniture delivered a day later. Total bill was $3910 dollars. I challenged these charges with a ***** who I was told was the owner and Menards Moving they did not return my calls after they both said they would work with me for a favorable solution to both parties. Back and forth with both and they could not give me an answer. They told the ******* to reduce $250 dollars or they would take my property and store it if I did not pay $2812 dollars. No credit card accepted. Cash or Zelle. Dishonest business, predatory business, lack of transparency,

  Ask questions! I did not have a good experience with Polaris. I was quoted a move cost of 2150, however, after the "hidden cost" I paid closer to 6000. Also I figured it would be a same day or next day deliver of my items.. Well it took six nights. I had know personal items for 6 nights. I had to get hotel rooms and buy food and clothing for 6 days.. Extra cost was about 1000 extra dollars. Also my big screen TV was broken as well as a painting frame.. I learned a lot of what to look for during this move..

  Best company ever!!! Crew very honest and hardworking ***************** , polite and helpful!!I really recommend this company 100%
