    12/20/2023 I paid $370.00 (20 out of 52 classes) to enroll in online Alcohol Awareness Classes to satisfy ********** superior Courts and ********** ********** of ***** Vehicles to obtain my ********** *lass * Drivers License. In actuality the class of enrollment has to be an 18 month Multiple Offender DUI class. The nature of my dispute is that I enrolled in the wrong program and I wanted a full refund minus 2x $16.75 classes I did, plus minus 1 online live group I also enrolled in , charge of $15.00 because I did not attend. . A total of $48.50 deducted from $370.00 = $321.50 for my refund.The business is only refunding me back $266.00 I do not have a tracking number And YES the business advertised and lists all the court ordered classes they offer accept the class that I am required to attend per DMV The ad was seen online under *O* Online Classes I realized and informed them of my situation and they gave me the run-around, trying to scare tactic me into staying enrolled in their program by telling courts I am being unsatisfactory completion of class so I would be sneared at by the judge.

    The sign up process was deceptive and predatory and it was only communicated in the terms and very fine print that I was signing up for a program that would change me weekly. In the checkout process, I explicitly selected that I was ordering 1 class was shown I would be charged $20 (screenshot attached). There was no other communication in the enrollment process or automated emails that stated I would be signing up for a program with a total coat of $500.I corresponded with a representative who stated I was on "autopay" and that it would be disabled. It never was.I have also received an email from the company stating I was "terminated from the program" (screenshot attached) and yet continue to being charged (weekly).I am seeking a full refund from the company and to have their deceptive and predatory practices investigated.

    This site is an entire scam. I finished all sessions as required by the court. i was billed for all sessions and at the end they wouold not give me my certificate, and they added a group session that is not required and tried to make me pay for it. I received an email that my case manager was INNA and to call the number on the email to speak with her. When I did, a lady told me she wasnt in and that she could help me. Well, i didnt get any help, she locked me out of my account and told me I was suspended the program because she didnt like my attitude. I completed what was required by the court and they would not provide me with a certificate to prove it and then completely blocked me from any access. I called back a second time and the exact same lady picked up and I knew her voice so I asked to speak to my case mnager **** and she replied that she is INNA. I asked her why she lied and said she wasnt then she hung ** in my face and blocked me from calling. This place is the absolute worst and is totally a scam. I have wasted my time and money and theres really nothing I can do. They need to take this site down because it is totally scamming consumers and taking advantage of people who actually need legit services.

    Amount I paid $175 later found out at my court date that their program was not accepted. I did everything they requested for my refund to be processed. they said the legal department declined it and refused to state the reason or accept my document provided by the court official. they have not returned or responded to my voicemails and requests to speak to legal department or speak to my lawyer. I really need my money back since their program wasnt t accepted and they advertise a money back guarantee Amount owed to me is $175.00 USD thank you
