    I placed an order (#**********) for the ******** Cervical HomeTrac Deluxe and paid $406.99 on May 29, 2025, through DME-Direct's website. The order was subsequently closed by the merchant, and the system indicated that a refund had been issued. However, as of today, I have not received any refund in my ******** credit card account. Attempts to contact DME-Direct have been unsuccessful, as they have not responded to my inquiries. I am seeking a full refund for the closed order.

    Hi Yunwen - I wish that you had called us because we have the traction units here but were uncertain about how long you were staying at that hotel! It takes a full week to get from ********** over to ************** so we didn't want to send it until we reached you. Since we couldn't reach you, we DID refund the order: Refund Detail For ID: ******** Receipt Refund Amount $406.99 USD June 3 It might take another day or two for you to see the refund back to your credit card, but we applied the refund TWO days ago.     WC: I called the hotel and spoke to *** ***** who said she would message the customer for us because she does not think they will be guests there for that long. I shared both of our numbers, the customer's name, and the reason for the callback request.
