    I ordered a 24 pack of Sunco items off Amazon on 11/6 which was to be used for an upcoming job I had on 11/10. The seller said delivery would be on 11/9. Since it was not delivered on time I called Amazon multiple times to cancel the order which the refused since it was through the 3rd party seller Sunco. I was very clear I wanted to order cancelled and to be refunded. The order was delivered yesterday 11/12. I called ****** again to come and pick up the order which they also refused and said Sunco needs to arrange to have it picked up. I have not heard from them I want the order picked up (free of charge) and would like an immediate refund.

    I bought set of 4 led lights (40w each) from sunco but requested a return because the delivery was very late I had to go out and buy another set locally. They approved my return so I returned all 4 lights in 1 package (originally how it came) but when it was delivered to them they told me I only sent 1 back. 1 light weighs almost 4 pounds the *** labeled the package 16pounds. All email exchange and tracking is included with this complaint. I believe this company is borderline scamming their customers. They will not refund me all my money back except $28 for 1 light. If anything happened to the package I believe it's their responsibility to figure this out if not they're just trying to scam people.

    I purchased light fixtures online from Sunco Lighting in the amount of $159.00 using a credit card ending in ****. When no shipment arrived I called customer service, where I was informed there was no record of the transaction. A copy of the credit card statement was requested, which I provided via email. After some time I called back, and was told the person that had to make a decision on this matter was out of the office. Every time I call I get the same response.

    I purchased 11 dozen can trims from Sunco Lighting************ These are for new construction houses. Of these 11 dozen the ones installed in the first house(102 trims) were faulty. They did not come on when the switch was turned on. Or came on very delayed. Sunco refused to admit the problem was on their end even after several hours of troubleshooting by an electrician. A different brand of can trims were installed and the problem was fixed.
