    The service provided was disappointing, I went to get rotors and brakes for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was lied to, the rotors were never replaced which I discovered less than 2 years later after my steering wheel began shaking when trying to brake on the highway. I went to the shop a 2nd time for a water pump replacement, the mechanic stated they accidentally ran over my key fob, crushing it beyond repair. Instead of replacing it, which could only be done through the Jeep dealership, they contacted a mobile locksmith to program a new key fob, but now the push button start no longer works, they had to remove the button to insert the actual fob into the turn start entry. All electric key functions are no longer working, I have to manually open the back hatch and the doors no longer unlock automatically within a few feet from the car. I am researching options for possible legal action and reimbursement for amounts paid for services not rendered as the shop owner described.
