      In November or December last year I had a stereo system installed by the beach shop in ******* on **************** when picking up my vehicle I noticed that they didn't even install my backup camera so that they would do it at another day so that they didn't have time also after picking up my vehicle I noticed something was cutting out following that incident two weeks to 3 weeks later the speaker completely blown out and stopped working what we looked inside the speaker and it looked like somebody had soldered it like it was a refurbished speaker when it was supposed to be bought brand new I have contacted route for fuzzy they confirmed this they replaced the speaker and it has blown again due to their knowledgeable techniques and technicians who installed my vehicles stereo system and wiring that cause a fire and the second speaker this just recently happened I've had to replace everything in this serious system that they had put in nothing has ever worked properly I would like to get a full refund and I would like a refund for the damages that the fire has caused in my vehicle thank you

      And November of 2022 I purchased from the beat mobile in ******* ********** on *************** by lemon street Though according Is better business Bureau database the recorded address is on ****** street. I purchased and spent $1800 with this business for the purchase And installation of a stereo, amplifier And subwoofer. The subwoofer being a Rockford fosgate T1. High end car audio. At time of purchase when picking the vehicle backup after installation the owner Said that all of the warranty information was in the trunk of vehicle. However none of the warranty information nor the packaging from all of this new equipment that I purchased was in the trunk. A short time later Upon smelling electrical smoke in the vehicle It's a pull over on the side of the freeway with my child and fiance and myself in the car, myself disabled on a ******. I had pull this heavy awkward smoking subwoofer box out the trunk. In doing so further injuring myself and my severe spinal issues. ******** actually had to pull over to help my fiance get me in the car and for weeks being nonambulatory unable to stand or walk for over 8 days. Upon removing the subwoofer from box and viewing in the grill work I observed after market soldering that was sloppily done and definitely not up to Rockford fosgates high standards of excellence though this is a licensed fosgate dealer, it was then obvious that he had sold me refurbished goods as new. Upon contacting the owner with all the above he stated that he would provide the warranty information that following day. For the next two weeks he has avoided all my call forwarding to voicemail.. and when called from a different number he didn't even have an excuse for why he has failed to provide the associated warranty information. He is a scum bag
