      This review is a warning to people looking to hire a dumpster: find another vendor and do not work with 1-877-Dump-Pro (also does business as Golden Gate Dumpster, Bay Area Dumpster Rental, and ****************** For context as to why our company called 1-877-Dump-Pro from a ****** search and inquired about a dumpster rental. ******* ******** answered the phone and was professional. He responded saying he would send over a contract. We received the blank contract and began reviewing it, but felt alarm bells going off due to the 18 page document PACKED with terms and conditions, fees, and other oddities. We did not complete the contract to hire their dumpster services. The next day comes and our crew on the job site reports a dumpster has been delivered, so we call ******* **** and ask if he dropped it off without our consent or contracted request. He confirmed he did, got immediately argumentative and loud, brought up multiple instances of his company in legal disputes about contract issues, and denied acknowledgement that he acted without a finalized service contract. We end up using the dumpster that day and called for pick up to end this relationship ASAP. We pay the fee, even though we did not request or intend to use this service, then come to receive more than 5 fraudulent charges to our credit card, each for THOUSANDS of dollars, (which we reported and negated). For the next three months we receive mailings to our business and client home plus repeated emails warning of a mechanics lien. We remained vigilant on fraud alerts. We got legal consultation and waited to see if a lien would actually be filed, but no lien was filed in time for the deadline. Ultimately, we wish we had never contacted this business and warn others to avoid for similar hassle and untrustworthy behavior.
