    The worst ever! They continue to send me statements with past due amounts even though they have my credit card to process payments. I have physically gone to the office twice now during this past year and still no results in processing my credit card. I have sent three letters to the San Francisco headquarters (financial officer/executive officer and the present) NO RESULTS.

    Recology has changed their billing system in the earlier part of this year and STILL CAN'T GET IT TOGETHER. I have sent the statement back with a note stating they need to process with my card and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

    I have called numerous times but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

    THEY SHOULD NOT GET ONE STAR.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention through the Better Business Bureau. We take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve any issues our customers may have.

    In June we transitioned to a new software program which required all customers using auto pay to reenroll. We sent out several communications regarding this change including post cards, statement inserts, web site and social media postings.

    Ms. Lili was making payments on the previous system and became frustrated because she did not see her payment being applied in the old system. It was applied in the new system. A representative from our company contacted the customer and explained the transition into the new system and provided the new system information to the customer, guiding the customer through the portal.

    Ms. Lili is not on the new customer portal.
