I purchased a performance transmission that was supposed to have performance parts the transmission has now went and is being fixed by another shop that has shown me they never put the parts they said in it

Hello and to whom it may concern,
******************** complaint stating that he was provided a product that did not have the advertised deliverables is simply false and unsubstantiated. In fact, this customer and their friend who claims to have inspected the transmission are part of a group fueled by a competitor who seeks to wrongfully defame this business as an act of unfair competition. These two individuals are known bad faith actors to this company and their complaints are simply illegitimate attempts to extort money from our company after no wrongdoing whatsoever. The reason they are attempting to use the BBB rather than communicating to us directly is because they know their allegations are fabricated and fraudulent. We remain that we have provided all advertised services to this client and do not owe ******************** anything beyond the product already delivered. It should be noted that we were even so generous as to give ******************** a discount at time of purchase for no reason other than that he was referred by a past customer. Thanks in advance.
