    I purchased a custom-made pool table on 07/27/2021 from USA Made Pool Tables located at ******************************************************* Phone ************** The owner's son who Ive been dealing with is *************************. **** has refused repeatedly to allow me to speak with his farther ********************************, who is listed with the BBB as the owner.They also go by the ***** BA Pool Tables Sale and Service - www.usamadepooltables.com *********************************** The cost for the table, accompanying accessories, and delivery and installation totaled $26,421.88 of which $1,495.00 was paid for the Cue Rack, $1,531.88 reflects the associated sale taxes and $1,200.00 was paid for delivery and installation. The time frame I was given for delivery was ***** weeks. When the table showed up for installation 24 weeks later, their installer informed me halfway through the installation that the table was defective because it wiggled at the slightest touch. The installer then took the table away and never brought back a new one. Their installer claims to have refused to let them ship back a second table because it too wiggled. BA claims a third table was shipped to their installer. However, he never delivered the table, and he now claims it was damaged in Hurricane Ion and that the hardware that holds the table together is missing. I have made numerous requests for a full refund. After my most recent demand for a refund, BA falsely claimed that I once refused delivery and for that reason they are not obligated to refund my money. That is an outright false statement as I never once refused delivery and they have no proof I did so.
