I receive the Mega Morning deal of a 3 in 1 floor cleaner. It does NOT perform as advertised. The moving bristles do not touch the floor, there is NO suction, and there is extremely little navigation involved. As soon as another object is touched, it's stuck. It does not navigate around. Generally, it it is of very poor quality.I do not recall the add saying "no returns or refunds" but I am a very senior citizen with poor eyesite. 3/16/23. Amount paid ***** Order#******. Item sku S-FWSP-01. The item is defective after about 10 minutes of use the item started emitting toxic fumes and was smoldering and was too hot to touch we managed to get it outdoors before it burst into flames. Very lucky to have not burned our house down or worse. Shiatsu heated pillow massager. Very poor quality.Business Response

On March 16 I ordered a kitchen knife and block set for a total of $83.09 from Mega Morning Deals after watching the segment on Fox and Friends morning show. I received a conformation email about the purchase. The email advised I would receive an email advising the shipment and tracking number. To this date I have not received any information at all. Order placed 3/16/23. 2 sets of luggage at $417.90. Funds were taken from bank account 3/17/23 These were purchased for an overseas trip on March 30, 2023. I several times checked shipping time to make certain they would ship on time. At checkout, it clearly said shipping would take 5-7 business days. This made sense to me as the shipping was $39.90.I contacted ************, during which I was told it would take up to **** business days to process followed by up to 2 weeks to ship. Last month I bought one of there smart watches that they were selling on **************************. The watch comes with a magnetic bracelet. Right away I noticed that the bracelet was of a weak holding power. I immediately notified the seller, telling them that I was not happy with there product.And that most likely I will lose the watch because of the poor holding power. They told me they would send me a new something. They never told me if it would be a new bracelet or a new watch. Three days later I lost watch. It just simply falls off the wrist. Again I text them and they responded with we are waiting for notification from the seller. This has been going back and forth for awhile now only getting the same message. They are playing a wait and see game here. I told them that they sell a defective product, poor quality and that I was going to report them on it. Also that I wanted my money back. One morning, I saw the Mega Morning Deals on Fox and Friends. I purchased a battery operated coat for my daughter for Christmas. The coat size is totally off so the coat does not fit my daughter. There was NO mention at all that all their sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. I immediately emailed the company to ask how I can return it for an exchange or refund. That was when I was told items can't be returned at all. Now we're stuck with a $75.00 coat that is useless.Initial Complaint

Ordered two items from the Mega Deals off Fox and Friends. Have received no email confirmation though at checkout it said order was confirmed - I do have a confirmation number. The funds have been taken out of my account, but have not received the product yet. Been a while and no 'real' number to call - when I called they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Very disappointed and believe it is a scam.
